Choosing the right facial for Punjab's summers and winters
Hot, humid summers and dry, cold winters ask very different things of your skin. How we match facials to the season and to your skin type.

Your skin in May is not the same skin you have in December. Heat and humidity push oil production up, while winter air pulls moisture out. A facial that worked beautifully in one season can feel wrong in the other.
Summer: control, calm and de-tan
In the hotter months we focus on clearing congestion, balancing oil and lifting tan. Oil-control facials suit acne-prone skin, while de-tan and brightening ranges help after weeks of sun exposure.
Winter: hydrate and repair
As the air dries out, the priority shifts to hydration and comfort. Hydrating and vitamin-C facials restore plumpness and glow, and we go gentler on exfoliation because winter skin is easier to irritate.
Sunscreen is a winter product too. Cloudy-day UV still causes tanning and pigmentation, especially after a brightening facial.
How often?
Once a month suits most skin types, in step with the skin's natural renewal cycle. Before big events, a short series spaced ten days apart gives the most visible result.
- Avoid bleach, threading or waxing on the face for 48 hours after a facial.
- Skip heavy makeup the same day so the skin can breathe.
- Tell your therapist about any active skincare such as retinol or acids.
